If your family is anything like mine, we have at least five weddings each year. Each wedding comes with multiple events like the Maiyan, Sangeet, Wedding, Reception, and more. I found myself constantly buying new outfits since all the same people were attending these event. Because I didn't want to keep rewearing the same outfits, I would only get a few wears out of each. When my closet started overflowing, I realized I had to make a change. I didn't have the heart to get rid of the outfits I spent so much money on and also couldn't imagine giving them away for free. That’s how the idea of starting a resale/consignment website specifically made for Indian clothes was born.

I’ve always loved Indian fashion and carefully curate my looks for every wedding. The thought of someone else getting to enjoy an outfit I loved, makes me so happy. Creating a space where we can share our pre-loved Indian clothes just felt like perfect and much needed for the community.

Consider this community an extended circle of your saheliyan that you're sharing your outfits. This can be our very own sisterhood of the traveling saree.
